Traffic Ticket Defense

Traffic offenses are a common occurrence.  Considering the countless laws regulating driving behavior and vehicle standards, there are many opportunities for mistakes.  The traffic ticket attorneys at Trueblood Law Group have significant experience in representing drivers who have been cited for traffic offenses.

We defend traffic citations in Glades, Hendry and Okeechobee counties.  We don’t just practice here, we live here.  Go with someone who knows.  Choose a local attorney to represent you.

Most drivers don’t realize that if they pay their ticket, it’s an automatic admission and adjudication of guilt on their driving record.  In addition, points will be assessed for all moving violations and an accumulation of these points can lead to a license suspension. Often, insurance companies use this information as a justification to raise your insurance rates.

Our attorneys have tested methods and strategies for fighting traffic tickets. No matter what type of traffic offense you have been charged with, there are defenses available to fight your case.  We go to Court for you.

Our traffic defense lawyers have experience in a wide range of non-criminal traffic violations, including: speeding tickets, traffic control devices, auto accidents, careless driving, violation of right of way, failure to maintain single lane, improper change of lane, driving too fast for conditions, and following too closely.

We also handle administrative law cases before the Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety (DMVHS).
